Ranjan Jina
Vice President
As VP of Operations and Co-Founder, Ranjan is responsible for all the financial and administrative operations of ASC Associates. She brings over 10 years of best practice operational expertise having held leadership roles in the UK Parcel Force Organization, a government agency. She led the contract operations within the Procurement organizations. She has also held positions with the UK Postal Service.
Mike Scott
Strategic Advisor
Michael Scott joined ASC Associates as a Senior Advisor in Spring 2023. After working at all levels with the Department of Defense, he brings over 35 years of experience to the team, including over 12 years in the Senior Executive Service (SES). Over six of those years he served as a 3-star equivalent. Before retiring from DoD, Michael served as the Vice Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, which provides food, medical material, uniforms and construction equipment, 98% of DoD’s fuel, and the majority of spare parts for military weapons systems. At DLA, he also served as Deputy Director of DLA Logistics, Deputy Commander of DLA Energy, and Executive Director for Material Policy and Processes in DLA Logistics Operations. Michael is unmatched in his deep operational and strategic knowledge of the national security enterprise’s supply chains, requirements, acquisition processes, and allocation practices.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force’s Air War College and completed the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Executive Leadership Series. Over his career, Scott has received many awards, including the 2016 Presidential Rank Award and five Exceptional Civilian Service Awards.
